How a project starts, how we plan it, and how we keep you involved until launch and beyond.

The first step is a free Discovery Consultation. We discuss your business goal, the core problem your idea solves and the intended users. This lets us judge feasibility and propose the best starting approach, such as an MVP. You can start by filling in the project request form.

We work in three stages: thorough discovery and planning, where we understand your needs and build a clear plan; agile, iterative development in short cycles with regular updates; and final launch after rigorous testing, followed by ongoing support.

We scope carefully from day one and agree clear timelines and budgets, which we track closely and report on throughout the project. The aim is simple: delivered on time, at the agreed cost, fully meeting your requirements.

Our Agile process is built for flexibility. Every change goes through a clear Change Request process: we analyse its impact on the timeline and budget, discuss it with you and get your approval before implementing it.

One fully integrated, in-house team. The people who design your project are the same people who build it, so nothing gets lost between hand-offs and you always know who you are talking to.

Yes. With custom software you own the code, so you are never locked into another company’s limitations and can extend the system as your business grows.

Yes. After we deploy and launch your software we continue with ongoing support and maintenance, so your product stays secure, up to date and ready to grow.

We build custom software (web applications, mobile apps and backend APIs), develop WordPress themes, and offer business consulting: Business Analysis, Business Planning and Customer Strategy. We also build our own products, including the Hub corporate system and Oprex Workspace.

Our main stack includes Laravel, Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js and WordPress, along with headless CMS platforms and real-time communication features. We choose the stack that best fits your project rather than forcing one tool onto every problem.

Yes. We started in Mansourah in 2012 and today work with clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the USA and worldwide — collaborating remotely with the same in-house team.

Marketplace & themes .

Buying, downloading and getting support for the WordPress themes in our marketplace.

Browse the themes, open the one you like and place an order. Some themes are sold through ThemeForest; for those, the theme page sends you to the ThemeForest item page to complete your purchase there.

Once your order is completed, the theme becomes available on your Downloads page in the marketplace, together with your license details and a downloadable license certificate.

Yes. Every theme bought from our marketplace includes 6 months of support. You can see your support end date on your Downloads page and contact us from there.

You can still download and use the theme — your license stays valid. Only the included support ends.

Yes. Our themes are secure, SEO-friendly and fully customisable. If you need something unique, we also offer custom WordPress theme and plugin development built specifically for your brand.

Oprex & products .

Our own products for running a company: the Oprex corporate system and Oprex Workspace.

The Oprex is our all-in-one corporate system for centrally managing projects, employees and resources. It streamlines communication, improves collaboration and provides analytics for data-driven decisions.

Yes. The Hub includes role-based access and permission controls, team management and reporting, so every member sees exactly what they need — securely.
